I'm looking for a weird side-scroller game where you play as a male demon or something and you have to fight monster girls, you can rape them to replenish health and there is a wall of hands chasing you. it was really dark and weird but it was a really good game and I kind of want to play it again, but I forgot the name.

Are you sure it's a male protagonist against female enemies? Becuase AFAIK, those mechanics are somehow similar to the creator of Angel Girl and its other games after

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it was a male protagonist. He was in hell or something like that, the plot was in japanese so I didn't understand much of what was going on.
