Identify looking for the name of a game

i vaguely remember some things:
-you control a girl that uses a handgun as her weapon
-you find 3 more girl members for your party while progressing through the game
-i think the second member of the party is a girl that uses a sword,the third is like a fist fighter (or maybe it was the fourth)
-rpg turn based combat
-the first map had male enemies wearing suits (unless it's another map because i could've skipped the tutorial)
-pretty sure it had battle fuck (one of the reasons im asking for help here because finding games like this one is hard)

yes,its the first one (sneak in desperada),thank you so much,i would never be able to find it by name. i was looking into turn based combat but it never appeared,so that was the reason,it doenst have it as a tag.
