Does the translation make sense or is it gibberish that is how you tell? So which is it? I don't want to play any MT crap.

TNT90 did a good translation as far as i remeber, but gets burn on the road. La Perugia in Coexistence was translated by same Supreme Squidward guy and it marked as MTL. So i guess a second guy just do a quick MTL translation of the unfinished parts.

Is it really that good? All I have ever seen in screenshots is tons of weird bondage and some very poorly drawn dicks, is it animated at all or is it just tons of variations of combat sex that makes it great?

It's a classic. The combat and content is an excellent combination, but there isn't any animations and the art is very subjective to your taste.

It's more like it grows on you because of how the game integrates it so well, and it's just a really, really solid game.
