Of course, the porn part is usually easy to understand with a bit of experience and the graphics. It rarely contains very surprising elements.
However the story part... Well I'm not saying it's the most original story ever, but there are parts which cannot be easily guessed.

But you know what? Whatever. It's not even about that. It's about releasing a low-effort MTL.
It's not edited, it's clearly just plugged in a machine translator and copy-pasted. But even that could be acceptable (it's still more than whatever I did). But even that is not done properly as a lot of text is partially in english, then switch back fully to Japanese when you get the rest of the text, making it barely readable if at all.

If the translator didn't want to spend time on the game (which is perfectly understandable, as I said, I didn't do anything either), he might as well just... not spend time at all on it?
Releasing this version, under the denomination "complete" is just not nice. It made me think a game I liked was finally full, and... well it was not. Way to make me disappointed after giving me hope .

Maybe it's a bit harsh on the translator who wanted to be helpful, but come on. Don't half-ass things!

I first played this game a year ago entirely in Japanese

I don't speak Japanese

And its still one of the best Hgames I've ever played. Everyone should pour at least an hour or two into this game.


P.S. You can access the recollection room by pressing the "cancel" button (x for me) several times on the title screen. However, because the in-battle sex is so well done, I do not recommend doing this.

Good, I remember someone who posted a quite similar game on ulmf a few years ago, some people asked if there was an official translation, and the guy who opened the thread said it was almost illegal to play the game outside of Japanese, much less translate it, because of the developer.

This isn't a full translation.

Like, at all.

Because of the Asagi code, the text could be MTL translation halfway through speaking before cutting to Japanese. To be honest, I saw almost no difference from the original 85% translation as to this one. It's nice to see that someone finally tried to finish the translation but this isn't it.

The final bad ending is what happens above. Asagi switches between broken English and Japanese throughout the entire time.
The true ending too.
The boss combat speech is fractured too.
The gallery too. The 'Hints' are untranslated.
The escape ending is completely untranslated. Completely. TNT translated the opening scene to it but the main scene is completely Japanese.

If it was a machine translation that at least replaced all forms of Japanese it would still be better than the mess here.

Still a good game, but seriously it feels as if it's still 85%.

I pulled apart the game files and looked at what wasn't translated and it really isn't all that much. If someone wanted I am sure they could make a patch pretty quickly to finish up the untranslated portions. Just gotta watch out for the scripting parts and anyone could do it really.

i play this game N times. i was glad have it be full translated. btw, anyone know how pass "the loop" in area like-space-prison, go to road to exit but u will see asagi over and over again? that part near the last boss. i play too long, cant remember how i got it -_-

This is not the games fault. This is your computer's. You will need to create an antivirus exception. How to do that I can't help you with without knowing your antivirus. In the time it takes you to respond with that, you can check google and get the answer without waiting for me to tell you. Pretty much tell your antivirus to ignore the game and it will stop killing the process.

On the other hand, the dialog in J-games is already pretty horrible to begin with. You could write it using nothing more than flash cards.

• "Oh player-san, it's so big!"
• "Oh player-san, it hurts but it also feels good!"
• "Oh player-san, if you keep doing that I'll lose my mind!"
• "Oh player-san's penis is inside me!"
• "Oh player-san, it feels so strange, but good!"
• "Random non-sense that you won't even read because you're just skipping to the next inevitable sex scene."

And then there's the characters. Get ready for more flash cards:

• The main character, who is invariably "a perfectly normal high school student." Usually but not always an orphan. If not an orphan it's only so they can add incest.
• The mother of the two daughters, who is invariably some Japanese parody of an American and thus has tits the size of small planets.
• The older daughter who is invariably a cold-hearted bitch until you fuck her, then she becomes a princess.
• The younger daughter who apparently lives off Red Bull and has the IQ of a helium balloon - and a voice to match.
• The tomboy "childhood friend" (or cousin if incest is the theme)
• If the theme is a work environment, which is always a cafe, then the girls will be utterly indistinguishable except for their hair colors.
• If you have a job, your boss is invariably an overbearing MILF who goes from controlling to doormat the moment you fuck her.
• If you're fucking your neighbor's wife, she's always this sweet naive thing who's never even thought of cheating until you came around. Sure, lady, I believe you.
• Three or more simultaneously pregnant women who won't get the least bit jealous over each other because Mr.Boring here has a magic wand for a dick or something.
• Your one male friend will somehow come across as being an even bigger sleeze-bucket than yourself, even though you're the one fucking half the neighborhood and he never gets laid at all.

So with all that in mind... honestly, you could leave 99% of J-games in the original Japanese and just hold down the CTRL button to race between sex scenes and not miss anything worthwhile. Just enjoy the Free

Yeah, like some others have noted the final 15% is barely translated. Even by MTL standards this is slapdash, swapping between broken English and Japanese every other line.
