Identify looking for this specific rpg

its an rpg that if i remember your a young man or shota that is being tested like others
when you go to testing area your supposed to avoid these females who try to trick you
to dominate you . your supposed to get past the other succubases and reach each stage boss

i remember after stage one boss there is a scene where you encounter a shota tied to a chair
where he is getting tickled by tentales but you cant help him you have to pass him but there is still a cut scene
with him

if anyone knows the rpg im talking about plz post it here id be very appriciated

That sounds like Castle of Temptation, but that isn't an RPG. I also don't know if that specific scene you mention is in the game or not, but it definitely sounds like something that would be in there.

EDIT: Actually I found this while looking for a different succubus game and it seems more like what you're describing
