I guess Predation (not current version, but the one from the last year, before switching to another game engine) is something like that. Also Lykaios race mod(s) for Skyrim.
Wolf's Dungeon is a personal favorite, though be warned it can be rather extreme. I'll let you know if I find any a bit more broadly enjoyable.
