HTML Looking to gauge interest and request some legal advice.

Hi I am currently trying to develop a HTML game using SFM images that I do not own of copyrighted characters created by individual artists. I wanted to know what legal precautions I should take before using copyrighted characters and also for using art created by individual artists. I also wanted to know how interested people would be in such a game.

so far I’m using overwatch characters.

Regarding your legal question, your much better off asking a proper lawyer/legal forum, I'm sure there are people here who might be trained legally, but I'd recommend you either talk to a lawyer, or find a forum specifically for asking lawyers questions and inquire there.

I'm not sure if porn SFM falls under the fair use as parodies, so there's 2 possibilities:

1) You are illegally using copyrighted characters.
or
2) You are using illegally stolen SFM.

Now the chances that you get in troubles ofr an HTML game is really low
