For me save folder was located in \AppData\Roaming\GSE Saves\1950450\remote for whatever reason.

it should be in
C:\Users\(YOUR USERNAME)\AppData\Roaming\Goldberg SteamEmu Saves\0
to check your username you can see it when you press windows button on keyboard or just click the windows button on the bottom left of your screen
