This game is the poster child for Patreon/Subscribestar milking - a fairly simple management game with 2D art that's been in development for 3 years and is not even halfway done. It doesn't matter how good the concept or the potential is if it will take the developer 5+ years to get this done. And the art isn't even that good tbh, the sprites are miles better than the animations.

Just about every AAA game is a porn game these days if you have a fetish for having your time and money wasted.
Serious answer though, there aren't any. Most porn games are AA at best since porn games are much more niche and have greater restrictions so they can never make enough profit to justify the cost of a AAA game budget.

My Cheat Table, finally got my hands on this game. Nice art, but extremely slow-paced one.
Cheat includes pointers to whatever that might be important, you can unlock the gallery, freeze+allowincrease whatever you need.
I didn't explore it more, creating the table took me ~15 mins. if you have suggestions feel free to ask before I delete the game.
