2 Azea cg no sex animation and they finally added some costumes on town shop. I don't know any more info about the update but July will be big with sex animations and stuff just save it for that month.

No way they just leaked the Delia future sex scene(which means it could come out in July maybe 2 months or so) and I'm not sure if Azea one is in this month update.

2 additional CG for Azea
Village building upgrades (shop, increased food/legitimacy/beer gain for maids on lvl 3 and some other options)
certain events seem to be less common. i.e. getting villains (the brown workers) seems to be less common, you have to use the bridge building in the village to get them

No new sex CG, just 2 story one. I think this update mainly added the shop and town upgrades so majority of the work went into the code.

so I have started a new game on 22 but I cannot get to town.
*EDIT* Okay so starting form day one causes issues. I started my new game from day one and had no unlock it seems only starting from new content works. Might want to fix that.

Yea, I found that bug and reported it to dev a while ago.
but this dev does not release hotfixes ever. so even if the game is literally unplayable, you have to wait for the next major release for any bugs to be fixed.
on multiple occasions i had to wait more than one update to get a playable version of the game
