HI everyone, i couple a days ago i (dont know why or what happened) i lost my steam, skyrim and ModOrganizer2 mods folder, i tried to use recuva for retrieve some files, honestly i could recover everything but not in the exact position so i decided to just recover the skyrims bodyslide presets, racemenu presets and heads, mo2 plugin lists and modlists, but after I've done that when i opened those files the text is invisible, if i press ctrl+a i see that I'm selecting something, and i see that the file's weight isn't 0kb but its normal (so like 20/30kb). so, it's everything corrupted?
i checked my ssd and it's working well, my windows also regularly updated

There isn't such thing like invisible text. At most Wordpad default configuration is messed and the text is displayed in the same color than the background. But like the color do not change, once selected the text should be visible since the background color have changed.
If you see nothing both when the text is selected and when it's not, this generally mean that there's no text, just blank spaces.

Is the result still the same when you use something else to open the file (notepad by example or, better, some text editor that you installed on your computer after the issue happened) ?

so, it's everything corrupted?
Folders do not disappear magically. Like files content magically, or randomly, turn into spaces, or a software configuration magically change ; depending which is effectively happening. So the answer is yes, whatever the effective content of the files.

same result with different programs, but if opened the same file (just some very old backup) then it works, so i was think that these files that were deleted aren't really recovered

you know what? i download a pirate copy of battlefield V (worst decisions ever, now), i couldn't uninstall, so i did it on the app section in windows settings, but I guess that touched something that shouldn't be touch and here I am.
so, I already thought about that and that's why i was only concerned to save a couple of files (like the ones in the image i shared) and just rebuild the whole thing from scratch, but I guess now is much more difficult
i just found weird to have file with weight but without content and i thought that it was possible to fix them

It's not exactly that. Deleted files that aren't totally recovered do not have a content full of spaces.
The content of those files have been voluntarily replaced by spaces. I guess that the number of spaces match the previous size of the files, what mean that you can't even be sure that all files have been replaced.
And of course this do not happen magically.

They have weight but no content because whatever you caught was made by someone who really wanted them to not be fixable.
