Mediocre H content but amazing gameplay for a pixel porn metroidvania that doesn't overstay its welcome. It's short at about 2-3 hours and very easy, but well crafted regardless.

The controls at the start don't leave a great impression but they don't leave a bad one, either. Momentum on jumping and rolling is good, you don't turn on a dime mid-air, you can vary your jump heights and your attacks have clear swing arcs which makes jumping and hitting enemies reliable. What's important is that just about everything in the game can be animation cancelled after a certain point, such as attacking and then jumping or attacking and dodging, dodging and jumping, so on. As the game progresses and gives you more options for moving around, like the double jump and the air dash, moving around is surprisingly fun to do, which is a huge plus for these platforming-heavy games. It never feels like the character is moving too slow through a section, you're always given a point to speed through by chaining jumps into airdashes into rolls and quickly getting to the enemies or puzzles.

The level design is largely easy and involves simple item-based puzzles and platforming sections which are never too engaging on their own, but never take too long. A bonus is that they're filled with secrets that reward you for using the aforementioned great movement or just noticing a shady looking wall, which the game does a good job of training you to look out for. Enemies and bosses, however, are extremely easy to avoid and beat, so they usually just act as minor hazards to avoid during the platforming. One of the items you get is clearly inspired by the axe from castlevania and will make short work of any enemy in your way, trivializing the game even further. If looking for the secret items throughout the game sounds annoying, there is an inexpensive item you can buy that will point you towards them.

The H animations themselves are not the best. It's mostly teasing/femdom related content with surprisingly not that much penetration, although there are some animations which involve the protagonist getting mind controlled and taking things into his own hands. The frame count tends to be a bit low, and it's often difficult to actually see what's happening, the characters' chibi proportions tend to obscure the action and there aren't many poses which clearly show what's happening, either. Oftentimes the dude's dick is just a few pixels, if drawn at all, but there are some scenes which are pretty hot. Fortunately, all animations are unlocked just by killing the related monster once and if you choose to die to a monster you'll simply be sent back to the start of the room, so you're in no rush to grind or face repeated setbacks from wanting to see the content.

By the time you start getting sick of the game, it ends. There's no point where it makes you grind and the secret puzzles are entirely optional, just serving to add an extra ending to the game if you complete them all which comes with two unused scenes in the gallery. If the gameplay doesn't interest you, you can unlock the gallery by pressing a lever within five minutes of starting the game, but as previously stated the H content is only okay and the game itself is actually quite fun and well made, if very easy, so if you're really here just for a wank, I would pass up on this game entirely.

A pixel art metroidvania platformer with monster girls. That's pretty much a tried and true h-game. I'm not sure what more can be said. That is the bare basic itch I always have and this game scratches it. You should know what to expect from this game, so I won't go into detail.

I only wish there were more animations for every girl. Most only have one. Also the game is really easy. I traded all my stamina for coin increases for most of the game because: 1) it's very easy to avoid enemies and 2) there isn't a downside to 'losing'

Not the absolute best in its class, but still an excellent game.

Fun game. The level design is good, the animations are well-made, the music is nice, many succubi, cool story, many weapons/ items to collect, cool upgrades, English translation is good, the battles are smooth

Fun metroidvania game, with a bit of optional puzzling requiring tool use though none of its that difficult. The controls felt fluid, I had no trouble with any of the platforming or completing the trickier puzzles. The animations are nice and there's a full gallery so you can view them any time. Only real complaint is that it's way too easy on Normal. Like I flat out forgot there was a dodge button because I never needed to use it. You can straight up just mash attack against every enemy and boss and easily win. I can't imagine Hard is much harder, as even the final bosses didn't have hard to dodge attack patterns.

Anyway, it's worth playing if you like this genre of game.

Similar to their other game, Super Mamono Sisters, the NSFW is right on the edge of "almost really good".

The art is great. They really did well with the pixel art.

The gameplay is fun too, really like the approach of having blocked off paths that must be unblocked with an ability you find later.
I think that's Metroid(vania?)-style, but I might be wrong about that.

Overall really good, I just can't get past the problem of the NSFW being "barely underwhelming". Almost every NSFW interaction I got, was at most just teasing and submission. Which, don't get me wrong, having the MC get dominated / be submissive is perfectly fine, but in moderation.
Sexiness is good, but at least for me, it's got to lead to something. Otherwise it just leaves me disappointed and / or frustrated - I can only tolerate so many facesits before I want to see the MC turn the tables.

I'm not really even sure what it is about it either. Maybe the camera's too zoomed out, and / or the inherently low "resolution" (?) of pixel art makes it less detailed / or hard to clearly see what's going on? Maybe?

Not really sure. But point is, the NSFW wasn't as titillating as the style lends itself to.

    Maybe it's just me though.

I see that there's lots of other high reviews, though, so maybe I'll play it for a bit longer and see if we get some proper penetration.

This was a great experience. I played on hard mode and it took me 5 hours to 100% the game. The combat and exploration were my favorite parts, which is surprising since it's a porn game. I'd definitely recommend it if you like metroidvanias and pixelart.

Like hollow knight but instead of monsters, they are succubus.
    3-4 hours to complete.
Metroidvania with some clever puzzles to solve. The hard ones are usually optional so don't feel intimidated.
Something players might need to know when playing: there are 5 hidden petals in total (each in its own territory i think), and the gallery is somewhere in the map (just warp).

    Solid 5.
A well done metroidvania with good art and animated pixel art. Level design is fun, game is simple, a bit too easy but thats normal with this genre. Game is long enough with enough monster girls to say its a must play for anyone who likes this type of games. Monster girls look also pretty hot. Its not really a fap game but definitely a chill relaxing experience with some teasing here and there. Also worth to note losing has no downsides so you can freely see H scenes and move on.

Good pixel art game, with metroid-vania mechanics and nice animations.
Funny gameplay with lot of secret and it's easy enough to play and learn all the items that you unlock.
Maybe a bit short, and the scenes are a good number, but nothing too crazy.
I would have give it a 4.5 but i think you can see the work that the devs put behind this game .
If you like this type of game (metroidvania/pixel-art/shota) give it a try!

i would easily compare this to momodora 4 and 5 or pixel version of hollow knight.

i mean cmon i just compared this to hollow knight. if that is not bloody praise then I don't know what. if you're a fan of metroidvania type games then don't hesitate to try this.

if there's one thing I'll complain, is that boss fights are too easy.

Overall this game isnt really creative when it comes to novel new ideas, mechanics, story or anything else. Instead it takes what is well known and established rules of the side scroller genre and makes a good game with it. One of the most fun parts of this game are the item mechanics, which gives you a lot of freedom on how you want to play through the game. Although one thing that was a let down for me was the sexual scenes. I enjoy a pixelated art style, but this is too simple for me in terms of aesthetic and sexual enjoyment.

This is an excellent game, and it does have details that some may not wish to have ~~*SPOILED*~~.

I have only one gripe with this game, and that is that there isn't more. The gameplay is good once you get the hang of it, the sex scenes are decent if a bit limited.

If the dev doesn't decide along the same lines, we may have to content ourselves in the mere knowledge that the MC will be fucking Kuro every which way for the foreseeable future, but having some more of that in-game, especially in the True Ending would've been nice.

Its just a flat out FUN game! The sex is cute, and its definitely different (for me) playing a male or shota, but this game is adorable! The animations are wonderful, the variety is amazing, and surprisingly, the gameplay is just fun!

Seriously, this is such a good game by itself, that the sex only adds gold to diamonds. All of it fits, its not annoying, controls nicely, and stands out compared to other games.

    Highly Recommend!!

easy 5 star rating among all the fucking trash.
i like the animations, you actually get to fight the monster girls instead of running or dodging them. there isnt much of a story, but thankfully i got the true ending without really trying. the levels are well designed, you can teleport quite easily... i do reccomend hard difficulty for everyone playing though
it was just a fun game. with monster girls slapped on it. high reccomend

    Played version 1.0.2

    Good
    1. The gallery is just a separate room you can warp to from any save point. It’s ‘in-game’ feeling.
    2. Lots of illusory walls and floors that hide treasure. They are easy to find due to their tilemaps not blending in to the rest of the environment fully. This is a good thing.
    3. When a new action is introduced (e.g. “open map”), the name of my controller’s button is used in the explanatory text. E.g. “Share” button for opening the map while using a DualSense.
    4. The currency which upgrades you maximum health can be stored in a brazier to instead increase the amount of coins dropped by enemies. Good risk vs reward.
    5. Coins dropped by enemies automatically zoom to you and get picked up after a second or two
    6. Option to turn on a map marker showing you your next objective
    7. Layered Metroidvania-style abilities to unlock new areas. Boomerang to hit inaccessible switches, fire to destroy trees and light torches, bombs to destroy rocks.
    8. Ability to warp from the menu, from anywhere
    9. The warp menu pins to the top three areas you commonly want to go to: the shop, your hideout, and the gallery
    10. The Gallery has a lever to unlock everything in it
    11. There’s an equipment which points to unclaimed treasures
    12. If an enemy drops coins on one screen and you move to another screen, the dropped coins in the previous screen still zoom towards you, they’re not lost

    Issues
    1. The character pixel art and animation resolution is on the lower end of what can still be enjoyable to watch. Any lower and it wouldn’t be appealing.
    2. The jump feels quite slow to rise in air
    3. Most enemies die in 2 hits, which you can perform quickly and stun lock them before they attack you. This makes combat very easy. This problem is made worse by a quickly reusable ranged boomerang that also stun locks.
    4. Can’t dodge roll in the air

If I could give 4 and a half I would, but I gotta take a point off sadly.

The game itself is pretty much solid. Controls well, doesn't try to push you to insanity, very pleasant metroidvania experience. The story is rather simple, but straightforward and kinda what you'd expect out of these kinds of games.

The pixel h-animations are quite nice, and the dialogue if you're into it is good for it, but I've got a few gripes. One is the two demo animations feel superior to the ones we ended up with, and there is no third hideout animation for the cat as a counterpart to the boss. There's also a rather sad lack of nipples, outside of the two beta animations. Artist probably felt that they couldn't make any of them look nice, which is understandable.

Overall, a solid experience, took me two and a half hours to get the true ending, and there's only one chest that as far as I know felt impossible to get, but probably wasn't really important anyways.

It's very good. Strings together all the typical H-side-scroller mechanics into a well polished, fun game, that it's too grindy or difficult and that balances gameplay with intuitive map traversal.

The story is fun and the characters are interesting, I personally prefer girl protags but this one is good enough that it's not really an issue for me. Esp since I like pixel art.

If you like side-scrollers than this is more than worth the try.
