No idea who the little guy is, but it did appear to me once aswell when leaving lotty home.

This looks like a cryptid sighting, the fuck is this resolution?
I'm guessing this is fake unless I see it with my own eyes. The compression between Lotty and the mystery character is not consistent.

For all of y'all mentioning this weird thing "running across the screen", we need some more pictures. Only one was created, and it looks incredibly fake, so if you know where it showed up, create a fresh save and try to take a screenshot. Otherwise, it feels like gaslighting.

(Datamining would probably also help here, but I don't think anyone on this forum knows how to do it to that level.)
