So, i was running into the same issue as well. This is what i did to fix the issue.

First,download this folder.

Mega

Then, copy and paste the contents inside the folder into:
LoveMenu\Binaries\Win64

Not sure if this will fix the issue for everyone,but it's what worked for me.

Hi there thank you a lot that work around helped me and i can run the game it just says my GPU drivers might have issues but i simply ignored that message and the game starts.

What i saw however sometimes you run into graphic mistakes and sometimes it can still happen that the game crashes but at least you can run and are able to play it.

And so it begins; AI generated images in Adult VN games.... As an AI Hentai enthusiast I'm like 99% sure these are just AI generated with a custom library and then touched up by hand. #7 is one of the more egregious ones.

With the trick from Ranoyos you can run it in Directx 11. How do i know? Well im on Directx 11 too.

I'm not completely sure of solution, but I had such a problem at first try when I didn't bother to update drivers as it recommended upon launch, but after I did it runs normally.
