You can play the game in Fap mode and it will unlock all scenes.

Idk why you're posting this here of all places, but I'll bite.

None of this means they're "spying" on you. This is standard legal language that covers anti-cheat/DRM tools, which need to monitor specific parts of your system while the program is running (specifically memory, processes, and hardware identifiers) to detect tampering or cheating.

They don't care about your banking, your browsing, or your personal files. They're not watching your system 24/7, and they DEFINITELY do not care about your porn history.

This EULA simply provides broad legal language to cover all edge cases where developers may implement various types of anti-cheat to enforce fair play or protect a game's integrity. You still retain all your privacy rights from your local laws and can take legal action if they ever misuse your data. It doesn't erase your rights or permit them to misuse your data; it simply defines what the programs you're downloading may have to access during routine operation.

It's very much the standard. You most likely already use other software that has similar wording/EULAs, including Windows itself, if you're running it. It's good that you're reading these things, but it's more important that you understand the actual context before you start fearmongering.

tl;dr: They only gather runtime/process/hardware info, no personal documents or browsing and they only monitor these things during active sessions, not 24/7. You are *only* granting access for these specific things *during* gameplay, and nothing beyond that. If they truly wanted to do that, they certainly would not be telling you that they are.

Well maybe it's just my paranoia, but you can just go to the same civilization on steam and see that the game received a lot of negative reviews just because of the license and not only this game. About the same windows, if you have a licensed version, then windows 11 creates a file with logs every day with a full list of programs, browser logs with all IP addresses and sends them to microsoft, but there is no way to get out of this, but why the game would do this I just don't understand.
Why did I write this here, just so that people would read the license agreement and nothing more, and buying games on the same Steam has its downsides.

those are rar files (winrar) games kinda big so it breaks up the downloads to smaller files to make it easier or get around file size limits on websites.
