I was able to get around this by saving the game after ignoring the error. After exiting/re-opening and loading, Harmony's menu was up.
Sharing how to fix issues of endless loops and issues from the Anti-NTR mod by disabling the code.
1. Go into the mod\Anonymous50000_Gallery folder and open the init.py file.
2. Del or comment it out (with a # at the start of each line like what you see in the code above in the file) everything with a girl's name from line 38 to 54 which is config.label_overrides part.
The code wasn't written very well for the scene alterations with NTR (code wise, not concept or idea wise which is done nicely imo) and not sure if any events are coded correctly in there or just a few in that file's list. Better to just disable all altered scenes on that list until the mod creator(s) or collab creator fixes the code missing in it or alters the way it runs said code which is another option.

Welcome, since you're active, I didn't check too deeply but I would assume you trying to rename an event yet call that same renamed event endlessly as a result. I'd replace that scene call at the start with if anti-ntr off with the actual default game code using an if for the value then if value is anti-ntr on show new code with a if else display MC saying oh fuck i broke (event name) just in case something breaks in the future update(s) or anti-ntr modding. Can't promise that'd resolve it but at a glance that appeared to be the issue without knowing everything your mod does.
Also, no idea why but the first two lines lead to nothing in the code for the original event and the replacement event.

If anyone needs it, there's a way to not lose your NG+ and Gallery, and keep the achievements if you are playing in the Steam version.
You just need to go to the mod folder, then enter the LoSeSb_Helper folder, and then, delete both files with the name of Phone mod (Phonemod.rpy and Phonemod.rpyc).
Hope this helps anyone to not suffer with the same mistake I've had.
And also, thanks Mr Who for this awesome mod, it is the best thing I could have found, not having NTR and being able to do both paths of Bree is so good I don't have enough words to thank you.

You can use the Universal Renpy Mod to resolve this issue most likely.

Just search for the "Values" Big and it shouldn't give you any results normally.
Changing bree.name to Big only switched the UI and the text but not her name in the speech indicator. Changing "store.bree_name" to Big altered her name in the speech indicator.
The odd thing is, the only code in the mod I seen to cause this is under a setting for first.name under hero being set to "Big" and last.name "Dick". Given this game is a weird coded mess thanks to the Bree MC part, it's possible it's causing an issue. And it's possible the code for this mod to fix this needs altered to also include ("store.bree_name", "Bree" ) but I don't want to tear this game apart to find out nor do I want to test and restart because this game is slower to start up than AAA games... But please either use the URM to search values or at the very least use console with...
store.bree_name
and if it says Big, use
store.bree_name='Bree'
and let us know if that was the issue you were facing as it may be the value that's causing issues for others to fix it as well.

The mod shows the true value of the variable while the unmodded ui shows a percentage value, for example: at least In my save, the variable for girl sexuality (the third bar) goes from 0 to 20, so for a bisexual girl the mod shows 10 points while the normal game ui shows 50%

hentaithulhu's right the cheat UI is just like that for the sake of making the nature of those values clearer, plus the mod includes access to the console so you'd need to know
