I would just ignore the posts from this user. If you look back a few pages you might see what I mean. It could be just a massive language barrier at work - but if you take all his posts into consideration it's highly likely that he just isn't completely in his right mind.
It's not even that I would accuse him of hate-)trolling - he sounds more like he has some serious problems going on.
That said; I'm personally completely on your side here - the game already has a more than solid cast that should be flashed out first before introducing new characters. Adding more characters will just lead to issues sooner or later anyways - the game suffers already from a few conceptual problems that really keep it down. While the base-concept is more than solid - the idea of combining 'sandbox-like' gameprogression with story-based VN elements is slightly problematic, because it works on polar oposites on a concecptual level. Making both aspects work together is not only hard to pull off - it's nearly impossible - so for the game being as good as it is, it's already quite some achievement. But there are limits to what you can make work in the end - and adding more alternative content will only raise the problems regarding gameflow, task-repetition, etc. - imho things the game is suffering the most from at this point in time.
It's nice to have a type for everyone in the game - but from a development standpoint that's one of the worst things you can aim for. Ideally you stick to as much as you can reasonably handle and try to produce quality within those lines - trying to be everything usually just means to be sub-par in everything...

Best I can suggest is to start a new game, possibly use a cheat or two... or heck, a saveeditonline dot com if you wanna keep the NG+ . Especially if it was a long time ago, which might be quite a few versions (hence, new content that's best experienced from a new save). If you were exaggerating, though... learn to save often, like once a week often so you can always come back.

i'm having a very hard time understanding whatever the hell you're even trying to say, but if it's what i'm thinking about then those characters have not been fully implemented yet, nor was it stated they are so you're pretty much throwing a tantrum over something you misunderstood.

It is in general (individual approaches like "I will never date X" notwithstanding).
But isn't the point of a (non action, non arcade) game that you'll have to make smart decisions to get to the goal and can also fail? Granted, this is one of the meanies out here but I like that you (to a certain degree) have to plan your steps and do not just have to click on "wanna join my harem?".

They don't have as of now. (Not accounting for people who will call "she mentions that she has had sexual encounters in the past" NTR), only Alexis and - depending on some people's definition, for me it is not - Sasha.

alexis past, count as rape or blackmail and not ntr. if she still have relationship with the rapey or blackmailey, it will count as NTR.
kinda dissapointed when i know her past, it will be good if she got pure NTRed LOL

Basically, not really, buuuuuut...
- She tries to attack Ayesha in the gym shower.
- She stalks the MC.
- If the yandere gets bad enough, she tasers the MC and attempts to rape him.
- Kylie will also attack Bree given the correct circumstances.
- The aforementioned Christmas murder.
Kylie is dangerous, to the extent that there's a scene with Alexis after (I think its after Kylie is arrested or she tries to rape the MC) where Alexis doesn't blame the MC for having her arrested.
But Kylie also represents a unique choice in the game. Yes, you could keep her and walk the thin line to keep the crazy boxcutter carrying chick happy. Or you can have her arrested and meet Camilla (the cop who arrests Kylie) instead. Its either Kylie or Camilla.
