it's not animated or anything like that, but there is some sound (mostly music, cellphone vibrations, etc) and some voices, but no, nothing like most VNs on here.
The lewd scenes are static renders, and most girls have a few poses depending on the scene, points you have with them, and mood, and it can be quite grindy for certain girls.

Can someone explain to me how harems work in this game.
Home harem for example. I have Bree with 50% kink (locked) love 65% (locked) and 80% lesbo, then i have Sasha at 100% 100% and 80%. Home harem quest says i should meet them in the same room. But it always results in Bree leaving.
Am i missing some trigger or did i trigger something else?

First, Bree isn't far enough advanced with these stats, she will always leave.
Then, I don't know why you are at 80% girl score, and it shouldn't matter here, but generally you want to be at 50%.

I guess i definitely failed to trigger something. I have no further instructions for her in the story tracker. Any ideas?

Apart from some story elements, when a character is gone, she is gone for good. And I wouldn't know of any part of Bree's storylines where she leaves, so probably no, she won't come back.

Only time I know of her leaving is if she doesn't have enough score to be part of the home harem in the initial showdown with Sasha. One of my very first playthroughs in this game I didn't know much about the requirements (way before I knew about the Wiki) and lost Bree to the point check.
Never made that mistake again and always kept the wiki up for quick reference.
Andrealphus can you change the trigger for bree's zbox event? it's impossible for her to be alone at home with all home harem members recruited. Either changing the trigger or adjusting the girls' schedule will work i think. Thanks

One of the reasons why I use full random scheduling, more chance of them being around alone when you need them to be, but for the most part I normally get all of the home harem events with Bree & Sasha done before I allow anyone else (maybe minus Minami) to join, so there's better chance for her to be alone from three girls than all 5
