You most likely don't have her lesbian points up. You need 45-55 on BOTH Sasha and Bree to get the harem. I know because the first time I did this I didn't notice that requirement and the same thing you are going through is what I had happen.

Between having sex you need to have a certain refreshing period, a cooldown if you will (it will go down to zero with enough fitness and sexperience eventually), in which you cannot have sex (this is most probably the reason if you can't go for coffee after a successful date - there is an indicator on the status page on the phone: avocado up means you can go have fun, but no avocado no sex). The blue pills allow you to skip the cooldown - however, they will make future cooldowns longer and if used too often will lead to a game over. Think Viagra.
The other pills make your penis larger or smaller one size (tiny->standard->huge or the other way round). This way you can get "hung" without picking it as an attribute in the beginning, as an example. Don't know if you can overuse them (if you go for "perfect size" for the girl you're dating each time) or if they contribute to blue pill breakdown.

The lesbian points for the two girls were validated by the quest so it didn't come from her suddenly I made sure to do all of Bree's quests for powers mounted love and submission to 100 suddenly it was settled the problem my good it was still complicated because if I was not careful it was enough that the two girls were in the same room for my effort to be reduced to zero but finally it's good I finally "harem home" finished keeping the two girls ^^
PS: I don't know if it's me but the game doesn't lag at all anymore, it's due to the new navigation system between the maps or something else, in any case, I no longer have a micro freeze.
