No they still get jealous and lose LP on other woman except for the one in the threesome I think maybe if you increase the KP that might stop them from being jealous not sure.
Same problem but the game does it no matter what I do. For instance, loading a previous save (20.3.2).

Do all of her shit, you should get a scene with her talking about her son's deadbeat father. Go to the strip club after that. You may need to get her love and kink up. If you can't trigger the deadbeat scene by talking to her then work and see if that triggers it.
