There is quite a few characters that seem like they can get negative KP and become dom, but it doesn't seem to happen save for like 3-ish characters? Also all of them hit a wall with there relationship if you let them continue to dom the MC, is there going to be any femdom content additions in the foreseeable future or is that content that exists in the game kind of it?
At one point there was the explanation that Andrealphus found out that he couldn't really write femdom storylines that well, so he stopped continuing them. However, if Amy as a comparatively new character has that, that would be thrown out.
Except in English that isn't the genre description, because the genre is a Japanese genre. They don't "redefine" the genre, they just don't know what it means and misattribute it, every Japanese NTR work is an NTR work in English too.

I see where you are coming from however I would still disagree. Genres of a similar name in different languages do not have to have the same definitions. But I now better understand what you mean, thank you for the explanation, the point being that the whole NTR shebang isn't really a "genre" as such in the major western cultural understanding. I would argue that it is in this little corner of the world (and a few others), even if it doesn't make the big pages, but I guess now it really boils down to personal understandings.
we already had an NTR tag definition and name change a while back and we're getting a complete tag update in a bit too which will no doubt change it yet again.
I am not 100% on this but IIRC, they only changed the name (from "NTR" to "Netorare", to avoid discussions about Netorase, Netori, and so forth) but kept the same definition.
As for the big tag update: I am really hoping for it but it feels like it has stalled for now.

According to the wiki if you want Emma you can only romance her and Samantha. I like my harams larger than a throuple so I always skip the throuple only events.
Apart from the "surfing around the issue" which is possible, you can form harems as much as you want once you passed the initial Emma hurdle. So if you're pokémon inclined (except for mutually exclusive girls), you can do so by starting with Samantha and Emma and once you bagged them go wild.
The game is great, but I am most interested if the Female MC will be finished sometime in the future, because it is then a rather one-sided game focused on the Mele MC.

It is planned to get completed and doing great strides - at least compared to two years or so ago - however it is also going to stay smaller in amount of content compared to Male MC - unless plans have changed IIRC a 1:3 to 1:4 ratio.

They should accept it once the stat requirements are met, however, it is only implemented as being shown for 2 of them (don't kill me if by now there are 4).
Play through the game and get a NG+. AFAIK "quick unlocks" so far did not work without breaking the game. Once it is finishes, I am pretty certain one will come along though.
