I found it easiest to trigger at 9:00 on Monday-Friday or 13:00 on weekends since that is when Sasha is at the dining room and is considered active. I noticed she has to be out of the Shower otherwise it doesn't seem to trigger.

Requirements: Ground floor of the mall (the floor when you enter the mall), done. Palla comes back, but not on a date.
