Can I choose whether I want to have NTR or not? Or do I have to make choices to avoid it?

As far as I know, the only confirmed NTR is with Teodora.

The fact that they are together and they just moved out of the place you use to share with them is why the game starts the way it does. Other girls with other dudes should be entirely in your control, but it can happen if you screw something up.

James is the protagonist's best (and kind of foolish) friend. Once he arrives to the island, he's given a job as security guard in the spa once he arrives to Mohoro (and if you keep the gang I think he's the second in command) and leaves his wife Ema under the care of his best friend, while he gets a new lover Elena (and he doesn't seem to mind when either of them get pregnant by his best friend).
