There is a scene where Bree and Sasha are upset and confront you for having had a lot of sex with them. In that scene there are 2 ways

The bad one, which is that step and the good one where they accept to share you for both.

The requirement for the good is that you have in both girls 100% of the love points, King, lesbianism.

Lesbianism points are earned to lesbian porn with them.

You can use cheats OR you can every day go on a date with either of them, go home at evening, watch TV (always porn, of course). Once B and S have 100 love/kink and >= 50 lesb (75 is more than enough), go and see event.

Since every evening you will spend on a date, you will avoid this event until then.

You really don’t even need a walkthrough, though, there’s a hint feature built in. The skip button is your friend in RenPy games, but that’s about all the help you need. Starting a girl, now that’s a bit of an issue, but it’s whatever.

It triggers if both are present in the room and you've had sex with each of them 3 times.
To pass the event both need a lesbian value above 10 (Watch lesbian porn in the living room). Preferably go through this event before the band harem, or answer "No" for a -2 to love. If you answer "Yes" you'll get a -15 love for both. Likewise if previously caught cheating you get -15 by answering "Yes".

After fucking her in your house, after the blowjob event in night club; she will become available in open world & can be seen in cloth shop & pub. Increase your LP till the point required for final quest for her (following the Walkthrough if it helps).
PS: She can mention being pregnant if you did unsafe sex with her in house. It is you who decide to keep the baby or not.
