Never had an effect for me, try doing it in the afternoon then night on a weekend, make sure love is up, etc.

After the fall event she asks you to babysit her kid (at 60 LP) but never calls and when you do something to LP+ her, it says +-23 LP instead and stays on 37 points forever

+- # means her max was set too high, you got your stat to that max, the max was set lower in the next event, so your stat was dropped down when it was updated.
Also, the kid event, after she asks you, just wait at home.

So Kleio is stuck at 50% for me. The hint log is telling me to go to the studio or wait for her to call me about the car. If I go to the studio it triggers the Kleio/Anna scene. Anybody know what I'm supposed to do?
