does anyone else have issues triggering the Unpacking scene with sasha? the last version I played was .7 and it worked fine, now this one doesn't seam to trigger it (when I start a new game)

I am the only one that sees only 4 girls ? Loading done from previous saves into this 2.3 patch and now only seeing Aletta, Bree, Samantha and Sasha... other girls, puff and they're goooone

Have you made it to the next day and checked again? Any possibility you used all the contact options for the girls whose numbers you have that have disappeared? Once you've used up all the options for a girl, she does disappear from the list until the next day when they renew.I am the only one that sees only 4 girls ? You need to trigger the girls event first before you can go further, get phone contact from girl, select phone > girl > hint to find out how to trigger event.

Andrealphus already stated that the game ends if you let the girl give birth to the baby. I assume it's possible to stop that before it's too late so i don't see a problem with that.
The game is already very friendly about consequences. Not coming to work for a whole week without having a very good explanation and the boss never asks why or tells you this will have conseqences soon speaks for a "the player is king" playstyle.
Well some girls will be able to get an abortion, some will not, some will hate you if you dump them and you'll never see them again some will not care.

Better than that other game where everyone got pissed off at the end because it tried to teach you a lesson about life and shit.

Samantha has no problem being pregnant if you are on the "Tell her" or Divorce routes with her.
The way I read the post was that some girls will hate you if you start dating them and then dump them resulting in never seeing them again whereas some girls just wont care that they have been dumped, I don't believe the not caring part was related to abortion.
