Hi can you help me out why anna cap is not lifting when I took her to a restaurant date? also how do I call the PI for alexis?

Check and make sure that the restaurant date is checked off in the mission menu. I had a similar problem with Anna during her pub date that resolved by going on another pub date.

Go to her bible study at 14:00 on Sundays. You might also need to attend the 10:00-11:00 mass, but since hardly anybody else is awake that early on Sunday it's not really an issue timewise.

both kleio and anna are invisible to me all of a sudden, game tells me their location but they're not there, when using the phone nothing happens either etc. I didn't trigger anything negative either afaik, was about to unlock the band 3some and everything just disappeared

I think it is technically possible but there are to many variables in the save file. I tried it a couple of times with no luck.
