Work is 4 hours but with getting there and so on. Fastest in real time probably really is staying at home, skipping hour by hour, eat, shower or watch TV/play ZBox when needed.

Once you have had the threesome an event will later trigger where Sasha will confront you about how you, Anna and Kleio have been spending time together (at least 7 days have passed since the Anna/Kleio threesome).
