It's been 1.5 to 2yearish~ since I last played, what's the current state of the game?
I did browse a bit through the recent update notes/polls on patreon, but did not see a roadmap.
From what I gathered the base game is pretty much complete? Only saw minor stuff like reworks for it.
The first DLC, no clue how close to completion that is, it seems it gets the most stuff added currently, so I guess that it is not done yet.
And there will be second DLC in the future.
In the files I got from itch.io there is a dlc_breeMC.rpa so the Bree path is complete as well?

Hypnosis is a good method for both. You need to learn it from a book first, and then you need to get them to like you and be submissive enough to agree to be hypnotized (you can still try without consent, but you get a game over eventually). You can then use it to increase lesbian by 10 or sub by, I think, 6 points per day.

The tricky part is building up their sub stats enough to unlock hypnosis. For that, do dates. There are activities that can build it up really quickly. For example, on a home date, beat them at video and board games, at the pub, pool and darts, at the mall, play at the arcade (you can do this several times), fancy restaurant, order and pay for the meal. You can get 8 sub points even if the date fails that way (more for a mall date), and even more if you get both date stages. Once you get them submissive enough, you can get additional sub, love and date points by slapping, groping and petting just by interacting with them.

If you have the gamer trait, Bree has a massive advantage, since banging her is an added bonus to playing games for more fun stat. Wish there were more interactions like that in the game for people in the home harem and other harems in general, because it's something you would already be doing to maintain your stats, but with the added bonus of sex. Like why can't we have shower sex/sex in the bath in the morning?

Well Shiori when asked for help will "reward" negative investigation points, but outside of that I don't know of an method outside the console I don't know of any thing that'll lower it.

speaking of the console, the command game.flags.workinvestigation = x lets you control the investigation points.
