Well, for 3 full rooms, attic, fully modeled basement, kitchen - 1200/month would be a steal here, even if not in top condition. But yeah, currencies can be different, I have a very well paying job way below what our hero earns.
Yep found it out just now. Looks like you need to visit all places including the waterpark and the beach. Only with WP and beach could i reach the 100.

why i cant use cheat to change the Date or the Season ? i was using Cheat Mod and use Cheat Code together but nothing happen then, can someone explain it ?
The problem with Minami can be worked around if you use an older versions save and once you do you can collar her and get her pregnant if you get her to drink a couple times at a pub date.
My game is working pretty good. First, I focused on getting all the harems. Bree and Sasha, Anna and Kleio, and Morgan and Kleio. None of the girls left. I'm only having trouble with Minami. I'm sure it will work sooner or later. If anyone wants a save, let me know.
Here is my save. It is not completed. It only includes part of the harem quests with none of the girls gone.

When I started the game and went to church I chose to not have a wank there, and unknowingly locked myself out of Harmony path. I am looking for a save tweak/cheat, to re-start it. Anyone can help?

I always kinda chuckle when I kiss someone with Samantha present and she gets jealous, even though she's married and she and MC are supposedly not in a relationship.
Anybody have the save for a complete route? (Any route's fine, as long as everyone's route is finished)

I've done something wrong with Sasha. I have never gotten the bass guitar sound in the hall and never spoken to her about it. Consequently, no band practices, no Anna, and no Kleio.

- I am in the hallway between 18:00-24:00
- Sasha's love points are at least 30 points
- I don't think I've ever made her jealous. Is there a way to tell? a console command like sasha_jealousy maybe?

Which girls try to get pregnant, after making dialogue choices? For example, Sasha if she's on top/drunk/dominant and you choose cum inside, or Kylie? I want to target those characters since I like breeders.

Am aware, but I had it confirmed to be an actual bug, not just me being unable to find it. Changelog didn't mention if it's been fixed, so I wanted to ask here to see if anyone knows.
