Literally, New Game Plus. It means that after completing the game once, you can begin a new game with an extra boost. It may often be a boost in abilities (since you'd already done the work the first time) or extra options in game play.

I think you need their love up to max and it is the first Friday or Saturday after you propose. So for all 5 I would think you would want love at 100 and do the first proposal on Sunday so you can get all 5 in as I think I read somewhere you can only do 1 proposal per day but I am not 100% sure on that.

The first I saw that facial expression was "Woah!". It's seen in the Introduction, the beginning of Sasha's breast complex and the babysitting part with Shiori's kid if I recall correctly.

Repeatable, as my experimental save file showed. You just need to repeat Fall
You can enable/disable cheats in game now. When you look at your phone there is a question mark, if you enable it you can play with cheats.
Enabling cheats will disable NG+ and Steam achievements.

I started a new game, and now I have been promoted several times (I mean my salary was increased). I met the CEO dwayne, but the investigation didn't start.
Have I done something wrong or game I done something that it is not triggering it?

I also have the same problem, I have a laptop with 2GB VRAM and transitions are bloody slow... But I have also a 11 year old laptop and this game runs so smooth in it, still a mystery to me why.
Have you check if your computer had any update since then?

Not really, but it seems to have gotten a bit better, so maybe some update was running in the background or I just got used to it.
Btw, anyone know how to get over 75 max bree lp? I had her maid scene in the cafe (she gave me bj under table), according to the walkthrough this should set max love to 100, but I still only have 75.
