Just got the damn calendar bug again myself. This was fixed in a previous update, now it's wonky again. Man, this game is frustrating sometimes.

For Patreon the main game is updated every last monday of the month. If you belong to the tier "Game Master" you can get the alpha release that is once per week. Here on F95zone is 2 or 3 days after the release!! And if there are a major correction usually they uploaded in here 3 days after the main release!!

It's a game under development, so normally it has a lot of bugs and errors!! Be patient maybe next year the game will be completed!!

For the hundred time, multiple endings, more than 50 routes and life decisions with some girls!! 100% save is impossible!! Some girls like Emma you have to have an exclusive relationship. To have 1 or 2 harems you can't have a relationship with Emma!! Resuming to have some girls you have to lose others!!
There are actually ways around this. You can friendzone Samantha when Emma's questline begins, get in a relationship with her, and then restart your relationship with Samantha. In addition, if you've completely done the harem questlines, there are options to get around her finding out and breaking up with you. As far as I know, the only exclusive relationships in the entire game are Kylie and the policewoman, since you HAVE to put Kylie in jail to begin the other relationship.

However everything else he wrote is correct: which Sam route do you want. NTR-Alexis and threesome Sasha or do you want them exclusive? Slave Cassidy or girlfriend? Dom or sub Aletta? Gamer or Maid Bree? Boob jobs? Hair dyed? Piercings? (Okay, they would be reversible) Does Palla do porn? Is Morgan a freed girl or a tomboy? (Also reversible but at a considerate amount of time cost) Hannah's gym - slutty or not? Combine all of those and there are literally millions of possibilities how the "100 % save" can be and what are the odds it is your combo?
Add to that that you've missed 80% or more of the lewd content (which seems the thing those save beggars care about the most) of the game and that there is no gallery, and a "100% save" is nearly useless.
