here is some actual useful advice instead of a console command to change emma Love points you can instead use the console and change your status with girls to friends by name.status = "Freind"
Example
Kylie.status = "Freind"
if they are pregnant use cheats to undo
do this with everyone and then go on the picnic date with Emma this should allow her to be dateable
also you can do emma.sexperience = 20 in console afterwards if you don't want to spend 20 dates with her

To answer your second question, the story continues and it's proceeding as it should. It's worth looking at the wiki for the game, as it has much more info than the tracker does.

You can set variables via console or in save editors as with any other RenPy game. However, the different things in this game are heavily intertwined and there is a good chance it will break your save further on (with events not triggering anymore and similar results). Usually you need to change more than one value and finding out which values are needed for what effect might take longer than playing a new game.

You can open saveeditor, change sub valor and give slave collar to her, buuuuut, maybe you crack your game.
(I did it, and her is my slave with "50 Max sub", but you know, be careful)

It's actually 200 in both. If you type 100, in the sub rating of your mobile it you check it will say 50.
How to trigger the scene between Morgan and Kleio, I got them to accept MC and be shared but after that nothing happened. MC was on a date with Kleio and the date continued even after MC gave Kleio drinks

Used to be you simply needed to buy them drinks when they are at the bar together. Usually, 2 or 3 per person was enough to trigger the first scene. Since that was a while ago and Andrealphus did add stuff to the Pixie, it might not be valid though, but should be easy to try.

You need to activate the console. Check the common folder, search the 00console.rpy, search for config.console and change from config.console = False to config.console = True (The T has to be in capital)
In-game press shift+o to open it and type the command you desire.

nope, sub is not the same value as love, max amount of sub (kink) is 100, love is 200.
Max value of sub (kink) = 100
Max value of love = 200
it's easy to confuse values so try to avoid it.
