. My guess is you just timed it poorly or got really unlucky.

I'm fairly sure all girls should be able to get pregnant in all "hot coffee" scenes just fine. There's something weird with a few other scenes, though. Minami, for example, can't get pregnant on the shower, hot tub or "stuck" scenes. I've tried both doing it legit on high fertility days and cheating her to 100% multiple times just to be sure it was a thing and it didn't work.

Yes, if the game thinks she has killed someone, it's been 20+ days since she's been arrested, and you're in the living room; you'll get an appointment for her trial.
