I'd disagree with the every corner bit.
The only ones I remember that have vaguely any ntr are Sasha, Alexis, Lexi and Aletta... Maybe Sam.
Sam is a background one... been a while since I read the intro, but last I remember MC likes/loves her but never dated her. Of the other four. Aletta is the shitty boss, haven't played the harem and reworked/completed office questline yet, so can't tell you.
Sasha wants to get it over with her ex... you don't have to play it right, if you just say hi, have one meal per day with her and do a compliment or talk with her, it should be easy, by the point she tells you about the hunk, to decide if you wanna go with her route or not... at which point getting to 51 lp is insanely easy. After she starts liking, she forgets all about the jerk or better yet... you make her forget about him. (with one exception, but it's up to you)
Alexis, on the other hand, is a bit trickier and is there for NTR fans, but you can still avoid that if you grind well enough.
As for Lexi... well, she's a whore... her plotline is to get her out of that life... or not, up to you... but you can as well just ignore her and tell her to fuck off if she's not the type you wanna date... same with Sam.
There's Kleio, Anna, Morgan, Hanna, Kylie, Palla, Lavish, Audrey, Bree, Minami... and many more others who have not a hint of NTR whatsoever... the Sasha event after 21 days is also... I believe, a one off. Still doesn't make you date her afterwards.

You cannot get it during the course of the game- just during that character creation segment.

First, I insist on the fact that it lags a lot since 22.0.4d
You can download Joiplay here:
You must be registered to see the links
You have to download and install Joiplay, then grab the Ren'py plugin and install it too.
After that you download LoSeSB for Windows on your phone, you extract it with your favorite file manager.
At last you run Joiplay and on the bottom right you can add a game to joiplay.
LoSeSB always take a long time to boot up, so don't worry about the long "Loading" screen.
Well, yes, I was thinking about Minami be adopted, when I wrote about 'choosing your family', but, still, little Mike couldn't choose Minami as a sister.
Now, I'm curious about what could happen when their mother come to visit them.
How do you install the patch? I know that .rpa files are compressed files and when a game is launched, those files are decompressed and loaded, but can't figure out where to copy the patch.
Now, I wonder it could be possible to play the game with the .rpa files decompressed, or the scripts could throw errors about the missing files?

You just need to extract it to the
LoSeSb-22.4.0d-pc folder where the LoSeSb.exe is located and overwrite the game folder... (you don't need to decompress the rpa files, as long as the filenames got the exact same path...)You can of course decompress it before adding the patch, but it's not really necessary...

I can't start the Home Harem because I can never get Sasha and Bree in a room together that doesn't also have Minami in it?

It shouldn't matter if Minami is in the room or not (it didn't in my last 10 playthroughs... ^^)

Those are the conditions:
- currently not on a date
- bree is not hidden (gone from the game) and is present in the current area
- sasha is not hidden (gone from the game, or on her quest to get bigger breasts) and is present in the current area
- You had sex with Bree and Sasha in a timespan of a week

Sasha - Try to get as high LP as possible the first couple days... go to the bar on the weekend around 20 or 21. If you choose higher strength or guitar options it will be easier from now on.
Next week you should slowly build that LP counter, help her move and do the guitar event (guitar skill needed at this point, from the book or from the starting selection only if you wanna do Band events and the 2 punk/rock/metal girls and their harem...)
get to 51 lp after that, before 21 days pass. You can still evade the event by just not staying home when she is as you keep messaging Sasha or interacting with her outside the house until your LP with her is 51+. From then on, just don't go below and refuse any propositions.
Alexis - After second or third promotion, you'll receive a call... I believe you can postpone by hanging up, but not sure... anyway, her date doesn't trigger until you get 20 lp with her. You'll need high energy and charm/fitness to have the "Back off"/argue option... Afterwards, tell her off during a phone call... and refuse a second time... that's it.
Lexi - After she becomes "yours"... be careful, raise your strength, possibly learn martial arts. And... of course, don't pimp her.
Palla - Don't make her do questionable jobs at the end of her storyline.
Aletta - No idea.
Sam - This one's tricky... there's like 5 different routes. My suggestion is to either prevent her wedding or to let her discover it herself then get revenge.
That should be it... and should cover every type of ntr, from softest that shouldn't apply, to actual that is one of Alexis' routes.

Edit: I'm not sure what I did differently that resulted in this initial post but I took the save I uploaded here and did exactly what you said and went on a date with ONLY Sasha
