Pros

• Base storyline was simplified and well portrayed
• Well portrayed mom/son incest. Especially mom’s reluctance to give-up the morality was very well expressed. Very rare to see such approach in westernized cultural approach. Most of them will be more open minded/direct approach so not much scope for dragging and seductive approach but this one is exceptional
• Picture/photos/videos image quality fairly good; though its just using of existing porno
• Selection of video/image was very good; meaning those selected video clips / images are very well suitable / more appropriate for the scenarios
• Being HTML based the play-ability is not an issue or it’s normal
• Performance and grammar are all just OK no issue

Cons

• Error: Here and there some minor errors of spell/grammar
• Lack of info about the possible other characters apart from mom-son. Guess there is a possibility of aunt-nephew; but no indication/info.

Wow this game is awesome!

First i don't get the people who complain about grinding in an html game. That's the only gameplay available! stop complaining.

Second, i do love this genre. I tested all of them in F95, this game is a step ahead of others.

He did pretty well its job about slow corruption. He offers 2 ways for any characters but that is not exclusive. Just for that you can demonstrate the author is unique!

So about the grinding i do love the 300 points gap not too much and not enough. Just the right amount, you can give a gift and make it easy or make it slow when you concentrate on the other characters.

Hum... there's a little flaw about characters, there is a main character and there is the others. That's a shame cause f you don't like the actress you are F... That's a kind of building quite usual, generally that's 1 or 2 girls. Generally, the author make one girl and when he add some, they have low level content.

Something i found extra is the mini games about strip and management. It made me think about one of my favorite games of all time: Space rangers. I do love mini games because suddenly that's refreshing, your gameplay is renewed WELL DONE!

Girls are sexy; scenes are good. I have a special shout out about Lydia who is sooooo hot

So is there any flaw? hum... a little too much text for my pleasure, some difficulty for some scene or stories which is quite awkward or badly written. Some characters are not that hot or sexy.

So there it is, my review overall is really good. As doing a perfect job, the author has made a near perfect html game.

This game confuse me as I've played it from very early versions.
Having played this version I guess the developer didn't have a solid plan what the game would be so the content and things to do in the game comes in chunks.
One part is mindless grind of stats with huge gaps where nothing at all happens.
One part is grinding something else.
Then it become a contra espionage game management grind game
Then the game become a economy management grind stats game
Then back to some grinding again, and then I'm not talking about any sexual interaction...

As they say, if it feels like a good game and looks like a good game, it should be a good game!

In case you have not figured it out yet, I am a big fan of the game. If I HAD to call out a flaw, it would be that the developer can't release fast enough for my pervy ass!

One of the best HTML games. Period.
At first I was a bit skeptical, as I prefer female protagonist games, as well as the fact that the game's character list is so small. But I was pleasantly suprised by this game

Pros:
+ Very good dialogue/image mix; I didn't have to read a wall of text to understand what was going on
+ Very forgiving - I despise games that give you a time limit, this one doesn't have one at all.
+ Lots of control of what scenes play/happen - not everything is for everyone, so I'm glad some niche stuff can be avoided
+ Models and images are top notch, good as it gets for HTML games.
+ Long gameplay/a lot to do
+ Lots of scenes, like a surprising amount
+ replayable cutscenes
+ Progression with characters feels satisfying
+ Grind actually is accompanied by important events/scenes as you progress with character
+++++ NTR done right - Probably my favorite part of this game is the NTR (it can be disabled/not seen at all) it's done right and is satisfying.

However there are few things I don't like:
- Without cheats, the grind might feel repetitive, but I will say it's a lot better, gameplay-wise, than most of this nature
- (spoilers) forcing the player to progress the late game via anal - Anal ain't everyones cup of tea! I do understand this is later into the game, but I wish there was a way around it.

TL;DR : Great game, would actually replay it. (and it's still in development, can't wait for more updates!)

Best HTML Game. Design, model selection, pacing and writing are all great, but I would like to especially highlight the well-designed shortcuts to reduce unnecessary clicks. This actually make this game enjoyable to replay.

I'll be honest, I almost stopped playing this early on. I'm not sure why but the early game didn't appeal to me. A little slow, not enough porn. Having now finished a run of the current content, I'm glad I went back to it.

The game starts with the MC at home, living with his landlady as people do. There is an option to replace this fine looking woman's role with something else. Some kind of older woman a young man might live with. She is the main focus of the MC. I'm not sure what alternatives one might call her but I'm sure some of you have some ideas.

This isn't a game where we get bombarded with hardcore porn. At least as far as the centre-piece goes, your definitely-a-landlady, this is a game about slow teasing, building a relationship, learning to exploit, and eventually getting the big reward. And it does this well. It's a generic choice of model for a real porn game, but it's also a damn fine one.

The relationship aspect is what had me hesitant at the beginning and also what got me hooked. There's nudity, flashing, exposure, a bit of groping, but there's a real sense of progression. You don't just bang on day one, and she'll always be hesitant, but that's what makes it fun.

As other characters appear we get a similar deal. We have to work at them. Slowly build them up. Personally, I love this kind of depth when it comes to corruption.

I suppose I can't really add much more without touching on game mechanics. Here it can at times feel a little grindy. There's running a club, running an office, and those paths mean building/managing some resources for those locations. It's broken up decently with workplace events but there's the odd monotonous period.

I feel like maybe I'm understating how much I enjoyed this game, and that might be because in terms of overarching story to talk about, it has very little. You're a young man trying to get work to help definitely-his-landlady to pay the bills, while also seducing her. What makes this game stand out though is that it focuses on slow seduction/corruption. If, like me, you want a game where definitely-a-landlady develops a sexual relationship with just-a-tenant (I swear I didn't rename either) then this is basically as good as I've played if not better.

Last thing I'll comment on; t I know NTR is controversial so it's worth saying first that it's entirely in your control to not see any of it. Disable it if you want. If not then, personal taste will differ here, even with it enabled it's within your control. Possibly minor spoiler to the nature of the content so I'll put a spoiler tag on it.

Very good game. There is some grinding, which made me think about giving 4 or 5 stars, but it is quite limited compared to other games and the sheer amount of content is impressing.
The UI is good as well, and proves once enough that one can attain decent results a la Renpy without using Renpy.
A must for the lovers of the mothe.... landladys' corruption games.

Excells in story telling and painting a cohesive picture. The time and progression systems need some time to get used to, however once you played it some it gets real easy to navigate. This is quite frankly the best HTML game i have ever played. 10/10

The amount of content is very impressive. With that comes great possibility for character development and corruption. I'm astounded this game doesn't get more attention. The layout and interface is well thought through, with symbols on every choice-button signalling it's effect. As of right now I feel the amount of playable characters is fine. In the future I'd hope for the addition of a sister, an aunt and a lady running a brothel.

I always wanted to play an exclusively mom-son dating sim, where the MC actually advances through a relationship with his mom, with daily life moments, various activities etc. This game does that pretty well and for now there's not an alternative like that in the real-porn section. Really enjoy it. If I'd change anything it'd be the main actress and kind of porn. I mean Alexis Fawx and pros are good and all but why does nobody give some love to independent artists like Xev Bellringer or Bettie Bondage, there's a ton of footage from those out there and their virtual sex scenes would give the player a more immersive experience instead of seeing 10 different guys fucking the "mom" character pretending it's the MC. Great game overall anyways.

Although it has some minor flaws - the progression is a bit clunky at times - this game is an excellent example for real porn done right. I like the writing, it's "porny", but serves the purpose very well. The pictures and scenes are well chosen. The UI is not perfect, but really, really nice. Overall, this is a fantastic HTML game.

Great HTML corruption game, dev knows how to build up the characters and makes some hot scenes with great gifs to pair. They are also adding new characters and storylines with a lot of potential. Great developer to support!

Best html game ever.

It blows everything else out of the water, it has story pacing, good sex scenes and enough content for a few hours. The actress are really good and it the update schedule is fast enough.

This game is a well thought out story which is combined with a greatly built UI that I've never experienced with other HTML games which makes the game very fun to play even if it is kind of repetitive. I would definitely recommend playing!
So far one negative think about it is the UI used for the sex scenes during the later stage of the game, which lacks story.

Too many repetitive cycles. The author should dilute the process with at least random invitations and not be greedy with the video. For patrons, let it be an extended version with additional options in scenes and elections.

A decently written html game that focuses on one character -the landlord. As of recent releases Waves has started to add some other women but they're barely developed right now. Even then there's a full day's worth of content if you just read the dialogue. This game's gimmick is the lust/love paths that are fairly different in tone but at the end the progression is exactly the same (the usual treadmill or hj/bj/penetration/anal) and you can always unlock the other path at the same time so it's not implemented amazingly. In other words replayability isn't really there. I love that the characters only ever use the same actress throughout. I mean, it's a bit weird how the landlord's hair color will change between scenes but it's the same woman.

Another thing that's not implemented well from what I've played is the drug dealer job. Both career paths will eventually lead to the strip club but the office job gives you extra money while the dealer path doesn't open the office. In other words if you go the office route then you will have two income streams while the dealer path eliminates the day job. In fact, after the dealer path closes you have another empty house that just takes up space on the locations list.

And another thing that's not implemented well are the stores and items. The general store has items that raise the love or lust points but the points are so easy to raise just by choosing the options throughout the day that it's mostly not worth it. The clothes shop is empty after you buy the one set of clothes for the player character. It's just wasted space.

The game does have "NTR" but it's super soft NTR. As an NTR fan I like the option to have it but the implementation is not great for me. The women will never cheat or even mention other men if you don't explicitly tell them to flirt or fuck others and you can turn it off at any time so you don't even see the options. It's more like light whoring them out rather than NTR. Honestly, the implementation is not really to my taste but I'm glad it's there. I just wish there was more and harder NTR but I know if you even add a hidden option people would complain.

Overall it's a decent newish game.

Pretty neat gifs and decent writing with plenty of content for the short amount of updates, recommended if real porn HTML games is your thing.

Also there is some NTR but is easy to avoid if is not your cup of tea.

An excellent example of an xp-based HTML game. The game just focuses on a single woman, but the pacing is gradual enough that each progression feels worthwhile and keeps enticing you along.
There is a slight grind but enough variety for it to not feel pointless. Instead, you have to selectively choose scenes based on an energy level that limits your actions each day (just enough to force some choice but not too much that it requires a lot of grinding).
The female character is chosen well, she has plenty of images and videos, and there are a large number of scenes for different scenarios.
My only complaint is that the final parts of the game seemed to hike up the money requirements, which can force you into an unexpected "game over". There was also a little bit of content that I found in the directory where I am unsure of how that could be achieved in-game.
