That seems to be a bit of a "grey" area because its not literally her, but from the players pov it may as well be, if I saw an exact copy of my significant other (purely hypothetical, cause I'm a wizard) getting gangbanged even if it wasn't actually them, I'd feel cucked.
So I feel like that should count as NTR anyway, because it will for sure incite that NTR type feeling.

On another note that gangbang scene looks a lot like rape, is it not? She doesn't look into it, but I don't see the tag.

I asked the question because I have no intention of playing this game, but I was curious and people in the future may also be curious, so I asked, "need to play the game" is not a helpful answer (I understand it may have seemed like that question was directed at you, but it was just a general question).

Anyway, the NTR bit, like I said I didn't play the game, but based solely on the description you gave it is NTR grey area and it would give a lot of people the impression that, yes, it is indeed NTR without more context (like how the MC reacts to it or something). If this game is in theme with the devs others games it was probably meant as NTR anyway.

I don't want to seem like one of those "eww, ntr!" complainers, I don't care if it is ntr or not.

Even though the devs said this on their Steam page, it's pretty dang obvious from the differing artstyle that half of the scenes were generated by AI without caring for how the human artist's style looks like lmao
Like, either you go all in on the AI stuff, or you handdraw everything yourself.

It's wildly inconsistent seeing the Coffin Dance guys and that shitty cartoon rabbit in the same scene as the girl
or the CG that's basically a headswap because they can't be bothered to redraw the head at a different angle
