Did you use Spine 2D by any chance or something similar? Maybe Live2D?
I'm trying to get into learning 2D animation (and hopefully make a gameat some point) and was wondering is Spine 2D was the tool to go for good 2D game animations.

Spine is what everyone in the industry is using. Live2D is more common in Japan and, apparently, porn games

Well thats why I'm asking.
Those are the 2 biggest tools for that kind of animation. I just never seen an animation that good (and that dynamic) made with Spine. Thats why I want to know if its acually Spine or maybe Live2D.

Check your Windows Defender for the .exe exclusion, it blocked mine too.
