I think I sounded more aggressive than I should have in my response there, and I apologize for that. Since I am not a patron, I was not aware of the vacation he took, so just by you saying that he sent an email to the patrons would negate what I said. You could have just informed me about it, since I obviously did not know. Your argument of pratically "do better" is so outdated that it makes me laugh sincerely. Criticism exists to be made, and I personally think so, is there a problem? DKOC has already explained that he doesn't actually use Blender, but another program that I am not familiar with, which is why I didn't comment on it or continue the discussion because it's outside my area of expertise. Besides, I never said I'm good at creating games, but rather that I have knowledge of modeling, so before responding to someone, please understand exactly what the person meant so you don't embarrass yourself like you are doing now.
(Unless I failed miserably in my English and there was a misunderstanding, but I'm sure that wasn't the case).
Love your developer all you want (he is good, after all), but don't be so defensive when someone criticizes him. If you have information that the other person doesn't have, why not just tell them instead of practically attacking them as if they had an obligation to know? Smh...
