Because it only has domination and despite the wishful thinking of our main character to become a lover, being plastered all over that overview, being tied up and essentially a slave in the universe of valerian, star lord or jupiter ascending, where life for humans among the stars amount to concentration camps to produce vials of their essence ... really nothing of the lover variety in such a grim environment.

MC is drugged, beaten, tied, knocked out .. where is that lover adventure I wonder ???
