Bruh...it's a Visual Novel. There's only 2 choice points in the entire novel, and it beats you over the head which choice leads to which girl. If you don't want to read anything, just go into the settings and set skip to also skip unread messages and just hold CTRL to skip everything. Once you unlock each character's H scene after you complete their route, just go into the Extra section and look under Scene to see the H Scenes. The two new characters have two H Scenes each, and the old characters have an H scene each. It'll take you maybe 10 minutes max to CRTL Skip through everything.

Edit: Small correction, I just looked at the settings ingame and realized that skipping unread messages is basically already activated as the option to turn that on or off doesn't even exist, so you can already CRTL Skip from the get-go without even having to bother with the options lol.
