Netorase is a subgenre of Netorare. Both have the exact same meaning when directly translated from japanese. In japan, Netorare works are abreviated in romanji as NTR and Netorase as NTRs <- with a lower case s.

Also, in netorase works, when the husband talks about the fetish with his wife or girlfriend, he uses something like "I have a netorare fetish", never "netorase fetish", all cases as it was translated as netorase in dialogue are misstranslations. Netorase as a word is meant just to differentiate that the cuckoldry has the consent of the husband, and has no particular meaning aside from that; both words have the same meaning, but are written differenly, which is something common in most asian languages.

And I'd like to add, acronyms in japanese work in pairs, much like their alphabets- that being a consonant and a vogal, always. It's exactly why the site changed NTR tag to netorare a couple of years ago, but it only solved halve of the problems with that tag patch. At this rate the new tag system should be out by 2050 though since its an impossibly long job done by one person. Until then, problems and fools will be aplenty...even after its done, fools aplenty.
