Had the same issue, I prefer a JP VO too. I played this game without voice. Treated it like a Renpy game and it's still pretty okay. Nothing exceptional. It's grindy, no real game mechanics. Their relationship is good, imo though!

it's NTR but pre-story. basically, she vs MC are lover at first. then thing happened.
You can unlock it after leaving without having sex when you have the costume. To find the costume, you should choose watch TV when enter the room after finding all her other costumes, affection =100, guilty =0, save before then you can reload if you could's see the watch TV choice (random choices will change after you reload).
