Seeking Low effort gameplay

So, I'm hella lazy lol

I'm looking for games that require minimal effort to play. I love free-roam/free-use games where you just go around interacting with NPCs (though the NPC genre is boring due to the character's lack of personality). One of my favorite (H) games of all time is one where you just roam around a school and interact with the students in exchange for sex; Schoolhouse.

To clarify a bit more, I would like to avoid unneccesary combat systems and progression that take ages to complete. Some dialogue is of course needed, but I don't want the entire game to be text based (no visual novels or Degrees of Lewdity). Small quests are fine, but the main gameplay loop should feel minimal.
