I have been getting around 12 fps when playing the game with no sign of it getting any higher, and while I admit I don't have a strong PC (laptop in my case) I get high fps in other games so I don't understand why only warlock and boobs have a low fps, and i highly doubt that it is a RPG Maker VX Ace thing because I played many games from them and while I can't hit 60 fps it's just slightly under, is there something I'm missing or something that is effecting it?

Laptop? Make sure you're using the dedicated GPU (if any), and you're playing while the laptop is plugged in.
It is plugged in and even has the high preformance plane active, so it is not that, I don't have a dedicated GPU, just the integrated one with the cpu it only contain 1 Gb so that might be the problem, but when I run the game I hardly see any usage on the gpu and cpu as well so I can't really tell if it is from it.
If I'm remembering correctly, the mouse movement in VX Ace games can cause performance issues, which would explain why you're getting low FPS here and not other games. I can try removing it for you.

this kinda worked as I have seen the game run bit better like 5 or 6 fps more, and I wouldn't say it is useless because the game doesn't seem to crash from missing files or weird things like before, the error it display is so small that it is hard to read, but now I don't see it anymore, so thanks for the help
