Heres early thoughts
Its bad, hella bad
The problem stands with the guards ability ot handcuff you which to get rid of you need to play a card so you can get more, now guess what happensi f theres more than 1 guard? oh you can get softlocked because you cant play any card nor skip a turn nor anything really and the only thing you can do is escape + they deal enough damage that going at it without atleast enough luck value is a waste of time
The new crafting is so fucking grindy you can straight up finish skyrim before you finish gathering all the mats for some of the items especially the bark for the dryad quest, which rewards quite the lack luster scene but hey atleast something
then the new thing POISON DARTS did you know if you up them to the 3rd lvl and use them in the forest on anyone they dissapear permanently and you lose all of your hardwork and progress? which is around 2 hours of nonstop carpal tunnel inducing grinding?
The dialogues are still like before short but alteast somewhat decent
New update brings in the female knight stereotype that you can get unfortunately point 1 stands, she can softlock your game because you cant run due to the handcuff as for some reason she used it 3 times in a reason MAKING ME RUN OUT OF ATTACKS
So if the peeps want to sell this game for anything decent without having it refunded in the first 2 hours making the grind less is reccomended nobody on here would willingly pay for a game that wastes 2 hours of your life for effectively nothing.
the progress feels so fucking slow due to the grinding that i wanted to stop playing 15minutes in because guess what the carpal tunnel inducing grinding doesnt help it and when you finally do get a scene for all that hard work its less than a minute,like come on EVEN A PREMATURE EJACULATOR CAN LAST LONGER, so the whole grinding doesnt mean a good and rewarding scene
Fights are hella hard and due to it the grinding even worst, due to not enough health youre down in 3 fights most and grinding without luck is just pointless waste of time so upgrades for stats would help out atleast for fighting longer and in boss fights
Fights also take a long time to deal with plus when theres a singular enemy yo ustill need to click them for the attacks except with the throwing knives

sooooo...it seams all the downloads here (even the one uploaded by the dev?) are still version 1

I'll check it out, shouldn't do that. But it will probably be added to the map screen, should be easier

only the names of the files are v1 but the downloaded version is 0.2 (renpy stuff, will fix that to prevent confusion)
also im kinda stuck. after beating the gob boss i went in the forest beat some rangers and then was told to talk to jerry (or something like that) but i cant find any jerry and the log just says to carry on with daily activities.

couple of days after the rangers event in the forest, you should pass by the lair entrance, that's where the second chapter starts

I do second this, i love the game but the fights to get to the village before you can even attempt to capture a couple of farmgirls can already drain you completely from hp.
Upgrading your attacks helps with this, but it takes so many upgrade items to notice the difference in combat.
Making it feel like your just stuck in place forced to grind 'easier' enemies around the forest, which take forever

GOBLIN MAN!I think it is an acceptance thing. Some men feel tiny, disgusting, unwanted, and monstrous and can relate to the zeitgeist of playing as a goblin. If the ladies can fall for these nasty little goblins in such games they'd fall for whatever.
Same sorts of reasons you get tons and tons of games with Shota / Tiny-yet-adult men.
Ugly bastard smut is an offshoot of the same concept.
There are far, far more games where you play as a goblin than where you play as a powerful monster. I think they are just baseline more relatable to the bulk of porn-game consumers.
Cool for ppl who like playing as a goblin I guess. Not too interesting to me unless the goblin can evolve into something stronger.

After 0.3 (since it's already well advance and it will add the last part/concept needed) we'll do a proper balancing of everything. For now it's more a preview of what the concept would be and getting review on what would help make the game run smoother.
As for the goblin subject (gosh we didn't realize how many goblins game there is around until now), the goblin is only a starting point, we just needed the lowest humanoid creature in common rpg, but let say we're aiming at an rpg from the bad guy POV.

I played through it pretty easily. If you equip the wolf your attacks do more for some reason compared to the cleric, but the cleric overall just gives you more heals, and her low damage low roll book attack can hit for 20 if you get lucky. Training in the cave seems to be optimal versus going out to the field, you can easily grind for leather in the cave and as long as you win a single battle you'll have enough meat for the day.
So far it's been a breeze.

quest log is only in 0.2 in the game menu(esc button on pc or little cog wheel button - lower right corner)
The grind is definitely on the heavy side and luck can screw you in an instant, do love animated gobbo games so ill slave on, love the art and the game itself is pretty good, will be good to see the difference after a rebalance!
Am I the only one thats getting blocked after beating the Gob Boss by "Only available in the full patreon version"?
