Why the exact same message under several thread on this forum ?
Are you doing some kind of study ?
There are a few reasons.
I'm really tired of constantly playing the same games over and over again after each update because:
  • the new release is not compatible with old saves, even though the developer promised backward compatibility
    • the developer forgot to set a variable for some choices or count some points, which makes my entire save useless, because I can't achieve the desired path or the best ending on it
    • rollback in RenPy doesn't work, because the developer fixed typos and improved dialogues
    • I saved the game at the wrong moment and because of the changes I have to play half of the last chapter again
  • the developer changed the character models so much that I don't even recognize the main character, let alone her best friend
  • earlier chapters or the entire game were remastered several times before it was finished
  • developer replaced previous placeholders with proper renders
  • after the update it turned out that the previous choices are suboptimal, leading nowhere or not allowing to reach the desired path
  • in the final release the developer decided to add achievements, gallery, hints or chat history, which is why I will never experience the game in 100%, because I no longer feel like playing it again
  • two years have passed since the last update (although previously updates appeared once a week), and I don't remember anymore who Claire was, what did the neighbor want from us, and why do we need a bike pump
  • even when fast forwarding works, I don't feel like reading the same dialogues for the umpteenth time, and without it I can't remember the plot
  • game was abandoned after the third chapter, while 12 were planned - after five years a fan remake/sequel is being created, porting the game from Unity to RenPy
  • ultimately, the developer added 20 new save slots or lifted the save limit, while I had to struggle with 3, which meant I missed out on a lot of content and side paths
Truthfully, what I've mentioned is just the tip of the iceberg. For these reasons, I prefer complete games or at least complete seasons.
I asked a question about games that caught my attention. I like either the mechanism (the whole game in the form of a phone or chat, plot focused on a student party, truth or dare game, point and click adventure game, etc.) or the plot description or the appearance of the characters. Some of them I haven't played at all, some I've played briefly just to see if they interest me. Based on what the developer says, I'll decide whether to cross the game off my watchlist or keep it on my wishlist. If it turns out that at least a few games are close to completion, I'll wait for them. Otherwise, I'll look for new games.

While your reasoning behind your requests is acceptable and rational, that's not how 95+% of the developers/creators operate. Most start without much of a clue and think if they can put out a few halfway decent CGs, folks will give them money. But writing, which takes YEARS to master, is the foundation for it all. Then planning and execution is next. CG is last.

Based on my background of video production, I have, on numerous occasions, encouraged creators to write an entire script and sit on it for a time, storyboard the outline, then begin the production process wherein whatever schedule they establish for release they are at least one release ahead at all times. If it were me, I would not have options (ie, I would not have polls or ask for votes, etc) for players until the game is finished then go back and release DLC with alternatives if I felt inclined.

But....these guys aren't us and try as you might, you will rarely be satisfied with the answers (or lack thereof) for the questions you are asking.

From what I've noticed, it really varies.
  • Some games have a predetermined scenario from the very beginning. The developer knows that the game is supposed to have 10 or 12 chapters and maybe one bonus chapter. After completion, he can adds a female protagonist, a side story or start a new season, but he already have a plan for the entire plot in his head, often divided into chapters, acts or episodes.
  • Other games are created literally from release to release. The developer doesn't plan more than 2-3 chapters in advance. Moreover, he can asks his patrons what they would like to see in the next chapter. This in itself doesn't ruin the game for me, but it makes me a little worried. I've noticed that when a developer panders to patrons in everything, it often ends badly. He either introduces all possible fetishes, which makes the plot one big piece of crap, or he creates a ton of different paths. In the latter case, you wait over a year for an update, or the updates don't do much for all paths (literally 5 minutes of gameplay), or the update only includes one path, and you have to wait several releases for the continuation of the chosen one.
  • Some games are designed to be never-ending stories. A soap opera that can drag on for years. Often they don't have a set goal to strive for or have an illusory goal that will never be achieved. This doesn't have to be bad (see: the Chloe18 series), but without a linear plot and guaranteed save compatibility, such games are not for me.
Any information from the developer is valuable to me. If he says he plans 5 more chapters and need about a year for it, I can wait it out and check in a year if the game is finished, and if not, check what state it is in. Without any information, all I can wait for is a "complete" status, but keeping track of too many games is tiring, as is not knowing when they will appear in the final form. Knowing that there are no indies on the horizon, I can just play a normal game for a change.

On itch.io
"All graphical materials from the original version have been replaced with CG art and AI-generated art based on rendered 3D models to fully comply with the platform's rules. All characters are fictional and do not exist in real life."

But the assets seems to be the same as the "regular" one, may be a way to go around itch.io rules.

A few post before yours, ok previous page : author NaughtyMarried said "Sorry, we are moving to another city now. So the update is a little delayed. I've had a lot of bad luck with housing lately. I hope we'll stay in the new place for a long time."

How long is "little delayed"? 2-3 days? Week? 2-3 weeks?

We apologize. Work on the project will be resumed on Monday. A lot of work has been done on the web tool for localization editors. At this point we have decided that this is necessary.

what a bad game
- the wife doesn´t want to wear a slutty dress does it for the sake of her bff and when the husband asks if she is kidding he looses massive relationship.
- the videos don´t match the situation

this isn´t a ntr game, this is how a perverted bff destroys a couple

Can anyone say how much content or how many images we get roughly in a single update? I came upon this a bit late to know for sure.

I'm wondering if this way of making games (real life model images that are digitally enhanced) can be sustained ?
The anticipation in the game is that the girlfriend will start having sex with strangers, which would mean that the model (dev's wife?) who so far only have showed her body will have to start having sex with others. It would take a lot of commitment, or a lot of digital altering.

Not really... considering how the game is altered she can simply have Sex with the Dev and that can be passed as different guys *shrug* it does scale down "variety" somewhat, but otherwise it works.
And well... the Dev clearly likes the kinks the game aims at, so, there may be pictures with other guys anyway, who knows :D
