I hope to make a lovely sandbox game with a great wardrobe/inventory system. Here is my first step towards that goal. This is using Godot engine. The 0.0.2 version will have additional characters (at least her son and a random dude) and an ability to position all characters on the screen, like this:

Not yet, sorry. But I will definitely make it for Android as well, once I have a bit more features including saving/loading scenes. Probably by June we will be there.

Before the AI making icons was completely out of my reach. It is still out of my reach, but at least AI generates lovely icons by the dozen so I can finally say "goodbye" to cave-painting-like "modern" icons and use something with more character and complexity:

Are you also designing custom outfits?
Only if someone volunteers to contribute art for the custom outfits. Regretfully I am not artist, so I can only make a framework to use the existing art assets. If you want to dabble in creating the outfits, you are very welcome to. The original outfit files and Lucy's naked body is here.

New Release: 0.0.2

Yey, the next iteration, v0.0.2, is out!

FML I shipped her!

Turned out the 001 was raw AF, and it was too early to think about anything else but to redo the worst parts of the featureset. Main issue of the previous version was it was too manual - the player had to deconflict the sprites manually which sucked. I.e. the conflict where bras would clip past blouses, nipples would clip past bras, and the player had to search for the offending piece to manually bring it in line. That monstrosity snuck in there only because I just started with Godot and realistically that was my best effort while building a prototype.

I massively learned up and now the components are smart and handle bra-blouse conflicts on their own which is great. Also I got rid of the lists and replaced them with icons which positively impacted usability. At the same time I disabled a few features from the previous version as I will be reimplementing them using the tricks I learned: the likes of the splash screen and the option to save an outfit are gone for now, but they will be back together with others that were in 001 but are no longer in 002.

The next version, the v0.0.3, will definitely have additional characters (with their own wardrobes and emotions) whom we can position anywhere.

I always was a big fan of slutty milf Lucy and her model in the game 'Mother NTR'.

She's one sexy momma. Big milkers, nice thicc ASF bod, definitely can tell that she used to work out and be in fitness :devilish: :love:

Would be interesting to see new wardrobe clothing options and/or background scenes + the addition of new characters to make some custom scenes

Sweet, the v0.0.3 is out! Now you can control three characters: change their emotions, outfits, and position them around the screen.


The next version (004) will be about saving scenes and playing them back.

One of the side-effects of the Lucy's Wardrobe development is the tool I made to scrape Lucy's & Co outfits:


I had an eye on eventually a new game using Honey Select 2 characters to afford additional poses and outfits. While Lucy's art beats HS2 all day long, drawing new poses and outfits results in exponential effort where total amount of produced art: poses x outfits. So say you want 20 poses for one girl, and 100 outfits, you are looking at 2,000 pieces. And for mere 5 characters we are at 10,000. That's where the likes of Honey Select 2, Koikatsu, DAZ, etc come in.

Now, that would be an entirely different game of course. I'll be posting my findings (from HS2 / KK / DAZ) here in due course.

I learned something and now gonna share it, behold, a completely useless fact that you could do without: so it turns out that in DAZ and HS2 no two renders are the same. Probably was obvious to many but not me.

If you render the same girl the pixels are not exact:


Snap, this complicates things - need to make a histogram of pixels or find a similar way of binning them. I so didn't need this. Means I need to modify the tool before I can start using it for outfit scraping in the likes of HS2/DAZ, cause now it gives me this:


FML, more werk.

Pretty much copied HS2's VNGE approach.

Admiring that film strip leads to a realization that the game will need a dialog mechanism; its absence feels material as those character interactions just ask for the charas to have voices: "No, stop!", "Mom?", etc.

Naturally I will start working on a dialog mechanism in 0.0.5, right after the saving/loading ships with 004.

When is the next update?
In a about a week. The main feature -- saving scenes -- is finished and works like a charm. But before I release it I need to implement drag-n-drop of the scenes so they can be re-arranged by the player. And I am looking into how these kinda things are normally done.

Can’t believe I’m saying this but have you thought about delaying the release to include the new outfits from episode 8?

I'll do an out of order release when those new outfits drop. Currently I do releases at certain milestones. I.e. the upcoming one (0.0.4) is about saving scenes. The one after (0.0.5) is going to be about dialogs. The (0.0.6) about expression rework and blinking, 0.0.7 about accessories, including sex toys and bodypainted outfits, and so on until we arrive at 1.0.0.

PS The 0.0.4 is being worked on - I reworked the scene saving system about four times now, every time getting closer to where it needs to be in the large scheme of things.
