VN - Ren'Py - Luke's Way [v0.16 Rework] [Evil User]

Really enjoyed the story so far, loads more than just sex scene! the plot is slowly coming together and there are a few things appearing earlier that I expect will come back later on (hopefully).
Graphics are really good (the bleached assholes are a little weird on some of the girls, but minor thing)
The one thing I'd like to improve is the personalities of the girls. It is a little too uniform for my liking . The 0.17 update include dominance/submissive points, I like that! (be nice to know how dom/sub you are) but then some of the girls should pick up on that and respond by being more domineering/aggressive (sexually) towards the main character as a result (sorry boys, but a guy being fucked with a strap on is a lot of fun for me )
So yeah, enjoyed this one a lot, more please

Let me just say I LOVE games that suspend disbelief. Magic, Mind-control, corruption, etc... All at the top of my list.

This game has NONE of that. Graphics are OK (there are much better alternatives) and the characters all are "believable" if you accept the initial premise. The initial premise is "You have no experience in finance but you get a high paying job with a company where you are the only male employee within 5 large divisions, and you get an apartment, luxury sports car etc. all within your first week. Plus the company likes to have orgies. Plus you get to bang everyone you meet with no negative repercussions.Your Mom and Sis are camgirls and you get them high paying finance jobs too..."

If you want just one big gang- bang then go ahead and play, you'll love it too. Me, I'd just as soon watch porn. I like my games with a bit of challenge to them.

What comes to mind with this game is the Marvel movies. One has to suspend disbelief right from the start, as accepting magic, super-powers, time-travel, and aliens, is vital. Once that is done, there are lots of pretty things to look at, while you just have fun.
As absurd as the basic premise is, the characters are diverse and amusing. It is fantasy, to the Nth degree. This most certainly is not an art-house film, or an Oscar-bait drama. It is a summer blockbuster, and a pretty good one.
Edit - Since some people do not understand how analogies work, let me state that there is not any magic, super-powers, time-travel, or aliens in this game. The "fantasy" is in the comical ease with which the MC finds himself essentially being given a harem. It is not a "summer blockbuster" because it has explosions - It is such because it just hands you some "action" on a platter, and does not attempt to make one think about anything at all.

Loved this one a lot.

Lots of variety in girls and personalities with ways to avoid content and girls that might make people uncomfortable. The renders are nice and plenty of animations.

All the characters have depth and background. For once the MC is not a brain dead asshole that miraculously has women becoming loyal bimbos at sight of his cock. Rather than a harem of women serving MC for no logical reason the MC actually looks to needs of those around him and actually earns respect. The clever relationship with Michelle is huge key to making this work and developer pulls this off really well.

I won't call this corruption game, rather an evolution game. The MC works out inner desires and nature of the women and helps them explore and become true to themselves breaking free from expectations of others and social norms.

The main story develops constantly in harmony with the h scene development. I strongly suggest you actually pay attention because it is developing into a great story and if you skipping through build up you will be totally lost at end of v0,14 (going from responses in forums) (I know it might seem knowing corporate structure and roles different people have might seem dull but this information is given out cleverly without slowing down story or erotic content and it will put latest update into context).

I am loving this. Tons of beautiful women to love and lust after. Wonderful characters With all sorts of different likes and dislikes. Nice story. And i am in love with them all I cannot wait for more story. Great job and if you have not tried this yet..... Do yourself a favor and give it a try you wont be disappointed

This game after it's path back to full VN style game has become really great once again. The characters are diverse in appearance as well as personality and in their own way really likable. The renders are pretty neat as well although it would be cool if we had some animations as well. Other than that I see a really enjoyable game in the making.

This is the Luke way -- where the force works in mysterious milky honey way.
There it is ... the side job for the main girls ... thrust into the starving familt of high class gals in the corporate ladder, strung into the bits of loving the players and becoming the player. This gives the smart play of giving in to the whims of the right gal, pushing the good buttons, following this user of evil -> Luke -> to the pinnacle of his creation -> one good gal at a time. Solid good game

Judging from people's reviews this game has had some problems in the past due to the game being a sandbox. I played the visual novel update style and the game looks good and very promising.

My experience was very lenient and straight forward.

Good renders but the greatest strength of this game is the character development, which is done very nicely. Michele's story is the best and most developed.

I would like to see the MC being a bit more astonished when he understands what his new job entails though because it's so unreal and that part felt a bit off.

Also, the game would greatly benefit from animated sex scenes but maybe that's further down the line.

You should definitely try this one out!

Not a very good game to be honest. Things are improving as of version 0.12

The quality of the models is inconsistent some are pretty , some are down right fugly and many hit the uncanny valley pretty hard. The animations are a joke. The quality of animations in Fap games has progressed in leaps and bounds well past the two stills going back and forth via mouse clicks. [edit: This is still the case, a shame really but here is hoping the dev improves their skill set and adds them in the future. Right now we are in a transition phase but in 3 to 5 years games without animations are going to struggle to survive based on how quickly the quality and quantity of animations are penetrating the scene.]

The story is weak and I'm not sure if things don't make much sense because of translations gaps or simply very poor writing. The story also takes a huge hit when the game switches from a visual novel to a time management game. The scant content is hurt by the busy works as the player knows this is busy work because of a lack of content. The story take a large leap to the positive with the dropping of the time management game play and returning to the VN style story. This helped with the story immensely as it flows better than being chopped up into "event" you find in the open world. Yes that means you finish the content much quicker but the quality of that content is much better and you don't have hours of grind to fap to the next scene, A very good design choice by the dev

This game just doesn't do anything for me as the sex scenes lack passion, are quite quick with few renders and with fewer crap animations that the pay off for playing is close to zero. I actually found the game worth playing now. i still think it lacks many things but the time invested for the pay off has greatly shifted into the plus column taking a bad game and making it an average game. The developer has shown that they can improve the game lets hope the improve the story elements a bit more and add in animations in the future.

I really appreciate the concept keep it up with your Work, i hope to see in future HQ animations more fluid, but at the end it's a good work , i'm satisfied with this version looking forward with Big Updates

Game begins as an usual Visual Novel which was OK in my book, nothing groundbreaking since in this case the porn basically served the plot, but then it SUDDENLY becomes a open world game. WTF. Devs think that free-roaming adds "interactivity" or "freedom", but at the end of the day most devs execute it poorly, and the end result it just adds more busywork to the player, giving an illusion that there's more content then it actually has, since it's more "spread out".

This just shows these days that Devs do not understand what a Visual Novel actually is, since Non-linear branching storylines are a common trend in visual novels, which frequently use multiple branching storylines to achieve multiple different endings, allowing already non-linear freedom of choice along the way.

Dev should have just completed this project as an actual VN before creating from the ground-up an open world experience. Now you have a VN introduction, misleading the player into an experience before he's throw into a "sandbox" one. If for some reason people are curious when this change happens, it's around version 0.7 onwards.

The game started off with a bang, Fantastic models, crazy story with awesome twists and turns. Literally best harem you can think of. Then the dev for whatever reason decided to turn this from a VN to a grindfest Sandbox click and point generic game like many others. This could have been a great story but now is halted by serious bugs and looping events. This game had 5 star potential.

Edit: As of 4/29/19 The Dev has reverted to a VN style game removing the sandbox. Luke's Way is back on the menu and a revised review will come soon.

Edit: Revised as of June 2021. Avoid this game at all costs, it has devolved into a mess. There is no coherent story of any kind and the MC is now a mindless robot going about his day. The characters are plain and empty. NO progress there. The potential was there but the game was squandered by long times between updates and non-existent character development.

I am downgrading my review to 1 star from 4.

Well.. its not a complete waste of time. So wait a few updates between trying it out.

The game started good and loved it from the beginning until the inevitable happened, Now you need to click on locations to get there, for some story, for example, go to the bedroom or shower etc. I loved it when they just go with the story and not interrupt it for clicking on another location, before you can continue with the story, disliking such games atm.

This game was on my radar for a long time but I never managed to try it. I usually dislike harem as it involves cheating and stuff which is why I was clearly surprised while playing when I learnt that there isn't any cheating in this title. This game checks a lot of boxes that I personally wish for in every game which is slow build up like teasing(which is well done in the early parts of the game), girls should be distinct and unique when it comes to their looks and personalities, treating the said girls with respect rather than just sex-toys, decent amount of content, an actual overarching story-line(it's not the best but still better than most game of this genre) and not a total douche protagonist. And props to the dev for not making this game a grind-fest at all. I was kinda worried when at one point it turned into a life-sim from a VN. Overall this is a wonderful title that I really enjoyed playing.

Saw this visual novel the other day, thought to myself "interesting" lets check it out, went from start to finish, minimal grammar errors, some wrong word usage but easy fix, great 3D models, some of the spaces are the same ones used in many other visual novels, not a problem as they all really look great, apartments, office spaces and such, I really like the aspect of where this story is going and where it could go, i love the "harem" aspect of it and can't wait to see whats in store for the part of the story where the MC is offered to "entertain" a client, as well as where the story will go for the "neighbor/mother and the ex-girlfriend/sister "depending on how you want to "see" them... of course I had already said this in my post in the novels forum...
And before anyone says anything that im bias, no, im not, i read the entire thing, gave my opinion in the forum, and yes, i was offered/asked to help with the grammar issues and fixing the text, my good opinion of this novel was made before i was offered to do this, well my offer to its creator to help proofread if they so wished...

Wow alots of scenes i love it nice charc. i like it i hope will be more more beautiful scenes , i kind like the story i hope the developer will do something take make it even bigger , i hope the best for the developer and 1 note : about the eyes of charc.s need a little work . ty for sharing ur work and keep going

once you get past all the grammatical errors(understandable and something I'm sure all of us can do) the story is quite heart warming easy to get into and not complicated this a good break from all those crazy games and complicated story lines sometimes the simplest games are the most entertaining
