Well, I decided to make a development thread for my new game, working title is "Lust and Denial". It is supposed to be VN / Card game mix. Its very early stage, but I think making a thread could help me keep the project going. Right now I just have the prologue with no NSFW content (and it probably still needs some polishing). Well, some could say I have no content at all, since I have zero graphics - but I decided I'm not gonna worry about graphics for now. Firstly, I want to tell a decent chunk of story and make sure people enjoy it. Then I'll focus on the card game part, and then hopefully I'll get someone willing to help me with graphics (and by help me I mean do all of them for me), because I am quite sure its a bad idea for me to start learning it now.
Well, the game is about a high school student, who is a good guy, having very hard time being bullied by his step-sister and kind of being friendzoned by every girl he finds attractive. MC is very depressed, and the prologue is quite dramatic I'd say... But everything is gonna be okay in the end!!! Probably. More or less okay... depending on player choices. Anyway, in a very dark moment of total hopelessness, MC meets someone who will change his life. But there will be a price to pay...
The game involves or will involve supernatural powers, male protagonist and male domination, orgasm denial, some fighting (card-based), perhaps you could also say mind-control, and obviously some different kinds of kinky sex content. I'm planning to deliver a game with no hard game-overs, but depending on your choices you'll get more or less lewd content, and you'll end up in different places.
I've been backend software developer (mostly Java and Scala, but also Android, Swift, SQL) for 10+ years and my job is not fun for me any more. I enjoy playing XXX games (like WVM, Love of Magic, BaDIK etc), and making an adult game is exciting for me. I hope perhaps at some point I'll be able to dump my old job and support my family while making things I really enjoy.
